RIYADH: Saudi telecommunications company KEIR International Co. said its direct listing on Nomu was a necessary initiative so that “KEIR can continue to participate in developments in the public and private sectors as a public telecommunications service company, d ‘electricity and water’.

The company is investing in fiber optic services, CEO Waseem Al Marzoki told Argaam.

KEIR’s main focus areas are wired and wireless communications, voice communications, cybersecurity, smart meters, alternative energy and manufacturing, it added in the report.

The Capital Market Authority has approved KEIR International’s application to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu on May 25.

KEIR International is a joint-stock company with capital of SR120 million ($32 million), engaged in telecommunications, information technology and power.
